The split hydraulic flange separator provides an ideal and safe solution for liquid transportation in petrochemical pipelines. There are two models with maximum capacity of 5T and 10T to be selected, and it can split flange plates with 92mm thick. It can also be used in pairs when splitting large diameter flanges. This machine can split the flange in a few minutes to avoid the danger of sparks caused by using common tools under special working conditions. Larger size splitter can be customized.

From the adjustable tip width of 70-216mm, the application range is wider. Single-acting RC series jacks can be used together, with spring return and higher efficiency.
